We keep the routine familiar and the cut consistent from one visit to the next. Most full grooms book one to two weeks out, so reach out early.
Plenty of clients come in just for a nail trim, and a lot of those dogs are the ones who panic everywhere else. If your dog gets scared in a cage or nips when someone reaches for a paw, that's exactly the dog we're good with.
We keep it quick and gentle: no wrestling, no rushing. A clip plus grind takes only a few minutes once your dog settles, and we stop for a break if they need one.
Doodles are the biggest group of dogs we see, and their coats need it. Goldendoodles, Cavapoos, Maltipoos, Bernedoodles, Aussiedoodles, Sheepadoodles, Labradoodles, Cockapoos, and Poodles all grow the curly, wavy coat that mats fast without regular professional grooming.
Left too long, those coats tangle at the ears, armpits, and hind end, and a set-in mat can't be brushed out comfortably. Regular visits every four to eight weeks keep the coat soft and easy to maintain at home. A full teddy-style trim or a shorter summer cut, we'll shape it to suit your doodle.

The first visit is short and reassuring: a mini bath and brush, some paw and nail handling, and time to get used to the dryers and clippers, with lots of cuddles mixed in. Building bravery early is exactly what keeps future grooms easy.
Mats hide in the tail, behind the ears, and around the elbows, and they pull at the skin as they tighten. We work them out as gently as the coat allows, and when a mat is too set in to brush safely, we'll talk you through the kindest way to clear it rather than tug at your dog.
For heavy shedders, our de-shedding treatment clears the loose undercoat, so there's less of it on your floors and your dog feels lighter and cooler heading into summer.
