Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — typically 1-2 weeks out for full grooms, sometimes longer in shedding season. Bath & tidy can often book sooner.
How long does grooming take?
2-4 hours for most full grooms. We avoid rushing — your dog stays comfortable, you get a clean cut.
My dog is anxious. Can you still help?
Absolutely. We work at your dog's pace and stop for breaks when needed. Tell us when you book.
Do you do cats?
We focus on dogs only — sorry! We can recommend trusted cat groomers in Guelph.
Vaccinations required?
Yes — current rabies, DHPP, and bordetella. Bring records on first visit.
